3 Great Yoga Must-Haves To Travel With
Travel and yoga are incredibly rewarding activities, and more and more people are embracing yoga while they travel. However, before you can get into travel yoga, you’ll need to ensure you’ve got a couple of core pieces of gear—and here are three of my must-have travel yoga essentials to help you get started without breaking the bank.
#1 Amazon Basics ½ Inch Extra-Thick Yoga Mat
It’s important to have a thick and comfortable yoga mat. While it’s technically possible to do yoga on a non-cushioned surface, this can put you at risk of injury. It also increases the chances of getting hurt and makes yoga more uncomfortable, preventing you from truly enjoying your practice.
Investing in an extra-thick yoga mat is vital. They cost around $20 and are available in hot pink, blue, black, and various colors.
Here is the mat I use: Travel Mat of Choice
#2 Ozaiic Yoga Socks for Women
Maintaining your balance can be tricky once you start tackling more complex poses. Make sure you’ve got a pair of top-rated cotton yoga socks with silicon grips to help prevent you from slipping or falling in awkward positions.
These particular socks also come with their carry bag and are made with a fully cushioned sole to prevent you from getting blisters during your yoga session.
They are about $10.00 and worth every penny.

#3 Hydracy Water Bottle with Inspiration Gauge
Yoga can be surprisingly tiring; maintaining your poses isn’t always easy. An easy-to-use water bottle is necessary when doing yoga outdoors in the sun’s heat.
I use the Hydracy water bottle with a ‘drink gauge‘ on it to encourage you to hydrate. There are many options–but the one I love has a straw.
The bottle comes in tons of colors, including rose gold, aqua blue, aqua green, moonlight green, midnight blue, berry blue, and many more.
I use and love these three products. They can help you get outside, stay mobile, and be flexible.
Also–let’s do yoga together on my YouTube channel!
Until next time–
Stay Bendy!
